My name is Suzanne Fanning and I am proud to be running for Wayne County Probate Court Judge in 2026!

​

I've spent my career helping members of our community navigate the probate courts. From helping families find closure following a difficult loss, to ensuring rights are upheld and voices heard in guardianships and conservatorships, I am proud to be a leading advocate for our people dealing with the probate courts. 2026 presents Wayne County with a unique opportunity to select new Probate Court Judges. Having spent more than a decade serving the public in legal practice, I believe there is more work to be done – work that I can best accomplish as your next probate judge.
